Father God, I thank You for all You are doing in Randall's life. I praise
you for the ministering angels on the job every minute carrying out our
prayers.

Devil I bind You from coming against Randall in any way, especially his
breathing now. I cancel every assignment that you have against him.

Father, I praise You for the pink and fully expanded lungs that I saw for
Randall in prayer this morning. I thank You that You said You go before us,
and that You are our rear guard, that Randall has Your Holy Spirit living on
the inside of him. Therefore, he is literally in a bubble filled with God.
He is responding to the Word of God that is constantly being fed to him by
all of us who pray, and those that pray there within his hearing. He hears
Your word and trusts in You. Even though he may not at first understand
what's going on when he awakes, his first response is to trust God with all
of his heart. He dwells in the Secret Place of the Most High, and abides
under the shadow of the Almighty.

a. I declare that Randall dwells in the Secret Place of the Most
High, and abides under the shadow of You Almighty Father. You are his
refuge and his fortress, his God. On You, he leans and relies. In You he
confidently trusts. Ps. 91: 1, 2

b. You deliver him from the snare of the fowler (the devil fowling
things up for him), and the deadly pestilence. You cover him with Your
pinions, and under Your wings, he trusts and has refuge. Your truth and
faithfulness are his shield and buckler. Ps. 91:3, 4

c. He is free of the fear of the terror of the night, and of the evil
plots and slanders of the wicked that fly by day. He loves so fear has no
place. Ps. 91:5,6

d. A thousand fear thoughts and arrows from the devil may fall at his
sides, and 10,000 fall at his right hand, but none takes up root in him, or
even comes near him. He sees the reward of the wicked from the Secret
Place. Ps. 91:7,8

e. No evil befalls him, nor any calamity or plague comes near his
home. For You, Father, have given Your angels charge over him to accompany,
defend and preserve Randall, Teri and their family in all their ways of
obedience and service because they have, and continue to make, You, Lord,
their refuge and You, Most High, their dwelling place, Ps. 91:9, 10

f. These angels bear them up on their hands, lest they dash their
feet against a stone. They tread upon the lion and adder, and trample the
young lion and serpent under their feet. Ps. 91:12, 13

g. Because they set their love upon You; therefore, You deliver them
and set them on high because they know and understand Your name, and have
personal knowledge of Your mercy, love and kindness, because they trust and
rely on You, knowing You will never forsake them, no NEVER! Ps. 91:I4

h. They call upon You and you answer them (when they ask questions and
make requests of You), You are with them in trouble. You deliver them and
honor them. With long life, You satisfy them and show them Your salvation.

Father, we pray all this in the name of Christ, and according to Your
perfect will, trusting in Your word because You hasten to perform Your word.
